The purpose of the Contacts Sync app is to sync contacts between multiple accounts, such as Google and iCloud. As such, the app uses Google’s Application Programming Interface (API) services to fetch and modify your Google contacts, so that your Google contacts match your other accounts as desired.
Your Google contacts are accessed strictly for the purpose of syncing contacts between accounts. Your data is not accessible to anyone, nor is it shared with anyone. The app stores your Google contacts on your device, and optionally in one of your other accounts, such as iCloud.
Contacts Sync’s use of the Google APIs strictly adheres to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
